Last week we had the privilege of attending the CCW 2018 Expo in Las Vegas. We want to thank everyone that took the time to stop by our booth and say hello or ask for a demo. We truly enjoyed chatting with each of you and we hope to get to know you more.

At the expo the most common questions that we were asked centered around how to manage knowledge better and how to improve efficiency of a call center. We were also asked about the functionalities of our solution and about scalability.

In terms of managing knowledge and improving the efficiency of your call center/first call resolution we offer a fully customizable knowledge base. We can walk you through the initial set up of the knowledge base and would be happy to help you with any questions you have. As far as the functionality of our knowledge base, Knowledge Center has many functions, but we can customize the software to the specific specifications you require. As far as scalability we are fully scalable and are the perfect solution for call centers with only a few, up to several thousand agents.
